The final price applicable to your booking will be communicated during the booking process.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer must make the required payment within the specified period to confirm the booking.

Failure to make payment within the applicable deadline may result in cancellation or loss of availability.

Pralaya Vacation may act as a travel agent, intermediary or booking facilitator for third-party service providers.

7. Flight Bookings

Flight bookings are subject to the rules and conditions of the applicable airline and fare type.

Airlines may change schedules, routes, aircraft, departure times or other operational details.

Where an airline cancels, delays or changes a flight, any available refund, rescheduling or alternative arrangement will be subject to the airline's applicable rules.

Pralaya Vacation will provide reasonable assistance in communicating available options to the customer.

8. Hotel Bookings

Hotel reservations are subject to the property's availability, booking conditions and cancellation policy.

Room photographs, descriptions, facilities and other information are provided based on information supplied by the relevant hotel or accommodation provider.

Hotel facilities, operating hours and services may change without prior notice due to operational, maintenance, seasonal or other reasons.

9. Visa and Immigration Assistance

Visa assistance provided by Pralaya Vacation does not guarantee visa approval.

Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority or government agency.

Customers are responsible for providing genuine, accurate and complete documents and information.

Visa fees, service charges and third-party charges may be non-refundable depending on the applicable rules.

10. Passport and Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, permits, tickets, identification documents and other documents required for their journey.

Customers should verify entry requirements, passport validity, visa requirements, vaccination requirements and other applicable regulations before travelling.

11. Tour Package Changes

Tour itineraries may occasionally need to be changed due to weather, operational conditions, availability, government restrictions, transportation changes, local conditions or other circumstances.

Where reasonably possible, Pralaya Vacation will communicate significant changes to customers.

Alternative arrangements may differ from the original itinerary where circumstances require.

12. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions vary depending on the service booked and the applicable supplier policy.

Customers should review the cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.

Refunds, where applicable, may be subject to:

No-show bookings may be non-refundable depending on the applicable supplier's rules.

14. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Checking booking confirmations.
• Carrying valid travel documents.
• Arriving at airports, hotels, pickup locations and other meeting points on time.
• Following applicable laws and regulations.
• Following airline, hotel, tour operator and transportation provider rules.

15. Travel Insurance

Customers are strongly encouraged to obtain suitable travel insurance before travelling.

Depending on the policy, travel insurance may provide protection for events such as medical emergencies, baggage loss, trip cancellation, travel delays or other covered circumstances.

Pralaya Vacation is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by appropriate travel insurance.

16. Force Majeure

Pralaya Vacation shall not be responsible for failure or delay in providing services where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include:

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or services provided by Pralaya Vacation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts having jurisdiction over the business location of Pralaya Vacation.
